When can we check in on the arrival day and when do we have to check out on the departure day?
Check-in: from 4 PM
If you plan on arriving after 6 PM, we ask you to let us know by telephone.
Check-out: no later than 10 AM

Flexible Booking:
For a flexible booking, a deposit of 40% of the total amount is due immediately. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than two weeks before arrival. -
Fixed Booking:
For a fixed booking, the full amount (100%) is due immediately upon booking.

How can we pay on site?
You have the option of paying your hotel bill at home by bank transfer or on site by cash.
Bread service
Is there a daily bread roll delivery service?
Absolutely! To help you start your day right, we offer a convenient daily bread roll delivery service.
Simply choose from around 60 different types of bread and rolls by 12:00 noon the day before and place your order easily via our guest app.
The next morning, your fresh rolls will be waiting for you in a bread bag right outside your apartment door.
Dogs on vacation
Are dogs allowed at the Alpenresorts?
Absolutely – your beloved four-legged friends are very welcome upon request!
We charge € 30.00 per dog per day (without food).
As a little extra, every furry guest will receive a small surprise upon arrival.
Please make sure to bring your dog’s bed, blanket, and anything else they might need to feel at home.

Can we also check in ahead of time?
With your booking confirmation you will receive a link that allows you to check in from the comfort of your own home.
Local/tourist tax
How much is the local/tourist tax?
The local tax in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is €3.70 per person per night.
For bookings in 2025: The local tax applies to all people including born in 2009.
For bookings in 2026: The local tax applies to all people including born in 2010.
The local tax is valid at the arrival date, not at the booking date!
In case of incorrect information about the personal data, the guest is liable.
Cars/parking
Where can we park our car during our vacation?
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the buildings. If you are arriving with more than one car, please let us know in good time so that we can reserve parking spaces.
- 1 reserved parking space free of charge per 1- or 2-bedroom apartment (excluding living room/bedroom), lodge, and studio
- 2 reserved parking spaces free of charge per 3- or 4-bedroom apartment (excluding living room/bedroom), lodge, and chalet
- 3 reserved parking spaces free of charge per 5-bedroom chalet
For each additional parking space required, we charge a fee of €10.00 per day and car.
If you would like to spend your departure day in our region and park your car with us, this is no problem, subject to availability. A fee of €10.00 per car applies.
Reception desk
Where is the reception desk of the Alpenresorts and when is it open?
The reception for all Alpenresorts is located at Laudegghof Ladis, Unterdorf 43 in Ladis. You can find the opening hours in the GuestApp (there’s a QR code in your accommodation). You can also reach them almost anytime by phone or WhatsApp at +43 664 533 20 30.
Cancellations
Under what conditions can we cancel our booking?
Cancellations for Flexible Bookings
Cancellations as well as early departures will be charged as follows:
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
- Within the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
- 1 day before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price
Regardless of the time of cancellation, a processing fee of €50.00 per studio / apartment / lodge / chalet will be charged.
The right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 para. 1 item 10 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (FAGG) is excluded. Instead, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006) shall apply.
Cancellations are only valid if made in writing.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, unused arrangements will be charged in full.
Cancellations for Fixed (Non-Refundable) Bookings
Fixed bookings are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
Travel insurance
We know from experience that despite all the anticipation of a booked vacation, something can always come up at short notice. To avoid costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: As a precaution for cancellations as well as early departures and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend taking out the Hotelstorno Plus insurance package or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance package (incl. accident benefits).
Are you insured via your credit card provider?
Travel insurance is included by default for many credit cards. Be careful! This is usually only valid for the cardholder, which means that in the event of a cancellation, only the cardholder’s share is reimbursed and the rest of the family is often not insured. Please check whether you are sufficiently insured. You can obtain more information from your credit card company.
Super Summer Card
From when to when is the Super Summer Card valid?
The card is included with all bookings at the Alpenresorts Ladis from June 14 to October 19, 2025, and from June 13 to October 11, 2026.
Forgotten items
What happens if we leave something in the accommodation?
All items that are left behind will be stored until the end of the season. If we have not received any message from you, they will be donated to a charitable cause. (Items that are left behind will not be automatically forwarded by mail or parcel service.) We will have to charge for the cost of returning forgotten items (travel, packaging, shipping, insurance and valuable time).

What happens if more people want to come along than were booked?
No problem! Just let us know us in writing or by phone and we will gladly let you know if this is possible.

- We ask you to book package deals in advance!
